Are you a lighthouse or a wheelbarrow?

In any trial you can be a wheelbarrow or a lighthouse. A dumper or a guide. Whatever you share more of the same will come your way. That can apply to anything good and bad. If we hold on to the bad experiences like trash in a wheelbarrow and share those experiences with others we are dumping our trash on them too. If we vent to people when we are angry that negative trash moves on to them and most likely will come back to you again sooner or later. That does not mean we do not need to find ways to release these negative emotions. WE DO but we need a constructive healing way that allow us to recover and return to the better self.....the lighthouse. I personally want more positive, uplifting experiences. If you need to let go of negative emotions go for a walk and talk it out while being alone. Recharge yourself and gain perspective in nature. You can write down everything you feel and then destroy the paper. You can study and practice forgiveness techniques that allow you to let go and or see new ideas. You can pray for help or study what your role models would do in a similar situation. BUT DO NOT DUMB. Learning to control your mouth is one of the beginning steps of learning to shape your thoughts and environment. If you are new to this change challenge yourself to wait to try at least one of the above techniques and or wait at least 24 hours before saying anything to another person about the trash you are dealing with. Take out your trash. Fill up your light!
